改悪続きです。
転載などの懸念からスクリーンショットができなくなったのはまだ理解します。ルールを守らない人のためにルールの上で使用している人たちまで制限されるのは納得できませんが。ですが、課金してアーティストから送っていただいた映像も見られないようになり、メッセージのコピーもできないのはいかがなものでしょうか。韓国語学習も兼ね、韓国語設定でアプリを使用しています。わからない部分を調べたり、アーティストからのメッセージを例題に文法を覚えたりしています。翻訳機能も間違った翻訳をされていることも多々あります。おかしいなと思った時に、自身で確認するにもコピー機能は許可して欲しいです。また、ファンはアーティストとのやりとりを保存したい人が多いと思います。私はスクリーンショットができなくなった以降は、メッセージをコピーし、やり取りを個人で保管していました。もちろん外に出したりはしていません。手打ちで同じように打ち出せばカタチとしては残りますが、それでは意味がないんです。本人からのメッセージをそのままの形で残したいんです。運営様からすればたかがメッセージなのかもしれませんが、私にとっては会えない期間、心を繋ぐツールなんです。だから高いお金を払って改悪が続いてでも使用しています。長くなり申し訳ありませんがアーティストを守るためという盾を翳すだけでなく、利用者にも歩み寄っていただきたいです。

利用権も削除すらできないので再度購入もできず
シークレットメールの内容が復活しないのは知ってますが、改めて一からもやり直せないので困っています
利用権の更新までまだまだ日にちが残っているのでどうにかしてほしいです。
