Fellow Grognard and Reader of Books

I have met Ralph online a number of times as we are members of the same Grognard book club. I had not bothered to check out the podcast previously as the volume of options is generally overwhelming. Being a Finn it took an episode about Finn Family Moomintroll to take the plunge.
On checking the list of episodes, one on The Dispossessed by Ursula K Le Guin leapt out and was immediately on the headphones, as Paul Mitchener was on as the special guest. I now have to read a lot more of the Hainish Cycle, now I know there are a score or more stories.
I look forward to listening to the other podcasts on other favourite authors and films, as the discussion and production has been great thus far.

コンテンツ量100点、使い勝手0点

TBSラジオクラウドよりもコンテンツ量が多く、あれもこれも聴きたくなる。
まさに圧巻であり、これには100点をつけざるを得ない。

しかし、気になる番組をフォローしようとボタンを押したが、いつまで経っても番組フォローができない。(フォローが出来ないということはその番組を毎回一から検索をし番組ページに行かなければならない。)

私は「はて？」と頭を掻きむしる。

podcastアプリはフォロー作業を頑張っているらしく画面右上の作業中を表すマークがクルクルと動いている。

すると私は、とある異変に気付いた。
この作業中クルクルマークがクルクルクルクルと回る毎にスマホの充電量が猛烈なスピードで減っているのだ。つまりバッテリーの超高速消費が行われているだ。
私は唖然とした。現時点でバッテリー残量は3%依然番組はフォローされず、クルクル。
私はまた頭を掻きむしる。
私はすぐさまにアプリを削除する。
バッテリーが0になる前に。
このアプリは使い勝手0点。
