Our BestSign App isn’t another Banking-App, but rather a separate application for your BestSign procedure. You just want to approve your transactions with your handheld device?
Using the BestSign App you can approve transactions with your password, or – depending on your device – with fingerprint or facial recognition. This is possible everywhere, without another device, or an additional text message.
We protect your information!
For us as a bank, data protection is a top priority: we remain transparent and protect your data from access by third parties. You can find more information on data protection in the app or here in the Store under "Privacy Policy".

Regeln fürs Passwort führen zu Chaos
Ich wollte von einem alten Gerät auf ein neues wechseln und dabei das Passwort, das durchaus komplex genug ist, unverändert weiter verwenden. Leider fiel es bei den neuen Regeln durch, so daß ich es ändern mußte und mich eine Woche später, als ich den Aktivierungscode endlich hatte, mich nicht mehr an die Änderung erinnern konnte.
Außerdem wurde im System angezeigt, man könne ohne einen postalischen Aktivierungscode ein neues Gerät hinzufügen, was aber in der Praxis nicht möglich war. Eine andere Option als per Post war nicht wählbar.
