Updated for macOS 10.13 (High Sierra). Fixes problem where scanning/watching resulted in blank camera feed.

The preferences now includes a slider to adjust camera contrast. For those having trouble with scanning, try adjusting the contrast as you scan. Additional tips for scanning: 1. Hold the QR code about 2 to 6 inches away from the camera. Smaller codes may need to be closer than larger codes but you don't need to fill the whole camera view. Keep the code at least a couple inches away to allow the camera to focus and the code to be well lit. 2. Tilt the QR code so it's square in the camera preview and not skewed. 3. Try to illuminate the QR code by making sure your room's ambient light is shining on the QR code. However, if the QR code is printed on glossy paper, you may need to tilt the code slightly to remove the reflection. 4. If you are in a low light area, try adjusting Camera Contrast under Preferences.

Fixes for 10.9 Mavericks. Added "URL Watch" feature to watch and open QR codes of URLs.

Preferences now available to choose a non-iSight camera. The scanning of imported QR codes has also been updated to handle higher resolution (more detailed) QR codes.

Added "Open Link" button to Scan and Import so URLs can be opened without saving.
