いわゆる、自助グループ
励まし合いながら禁煙に取り組むことが出来ます。
自助グループに近い感じですね。
私は喫煙歴1年半。気管支が弱いため、3ミリ〜5ミリの軽いタバコを吸っていました。
1日5本程度だったのが、気づいたら1日10本に増え…。
その上、タバコによる喘息発作を起こしてもタバコがどうしても減らせない自分が怖くて、このアプリを活用して禁煙を決意しました。
ニコチン依存症の可能性は高いと自負していましたし、最悪禁煙外来の受診も考えていました。
しかし、このアプリだけで、今はタバコを吸いたい欲も薄れてきています。
水蒸気タバコを代用品に使っていましたが、こちらもあまり必要無くなってきました。
辛い時に共感してくれたり、嬉しい時に一緒になって喜んでくれる、自分と同じ境遇の人の存在。
こんなにも心強いものなのですね。
ブロック機能の改善を
以前こちらのアプリを利用していましたが、特定の方より度重なる誹謗中傷を受けました。その都度運営に連絡してその方を制限するなど対応して頂いていたのですが、どうやってか制限されても何度も名前を変えてまた誹謗中傷されました。※制限をかけるとスマホの型番？に制限かかると思うので、同じスマホからはもう書き込めないはずなのですが…何か制限を回避する方法があったのでしょうね。 運営さんからの最終的な対策は、相手にしないこと、と教わりました。しかし、あらゆる手段で誹謗中傷を繰り返してくるのでミュート等も効果がありません。アカウントを複数作って粘着してくるためキリがないです。 そんなこんなで一年前にこのアプリをやめてしまったのですが、こんな機能があればまたやってみたいと思います。 ミュートではこちらが相手側の投稿を見えなくするだけで、相手からはこちらの投稿を見れます。なのでストーカーのように対策しようが無視しようが粘着してきます。運営さんの言うように相手にしない、という対応は強靭な精神力がいります。 そこで、X（旧Twitter）のブロックのように、対象者をブロックすると、された側はこちらの投稿を見れなくする機能が欲しいです。 そうすれば、何度も何度も繰り返される誹謗中傷に対しブロックを使用、アカウントを変えてきてもブロック一つで対応できるので、誹謗中傷する側にとってその都度アカウントを変えて粘着する相手を確認する手間がかかります。 ミュートだとこちらの投稿が筒抜けなので標的にされます。なのでブロック&相手からは見えなくする機能を是非実装して頂ければと思います。 これだとボタンひとつで相手の手間が増える、こちらはしつこく粘着してきてもボタンひとつでスルーできるという心の余裕が生まれます。 検討のほど、よろしくお願いします。
禁煙出来ました。
夏休みを利用して禁煙にチャレンジしました。
30数年間の喫煙の後、はじめての禁煙チャレンジです。
ニコチンパッチを使用してただ吸いたい気持ちを我慢しました。
アプリの中で時間とともに成長する禁煙の木や多くの同志の励まし、そして何より頑張れば頑張るだけ増える日数カウンターや延びた寿命、タバコ代節約して買いたい物貯金等、ほんとゲーム感覚で楽しく禁煙出来ました。
お礼と寄付のつもりでもう少しの期間、アプリ内課金も続けますよ。(喫煙者に逆戻りしないように？)
