・This app is available for Rakuten Card members who are registered for the Rakuten e-NAVI online service.
・Users with a second password set up in Rakuten e-NAVI will need to enter it when logging into the app.
・Transaction dates may vary based on the merchant.
・The app does not support saving payments for equal installment payments, bonus two payments, or combined bonus payments after the first payment.
・If you forget your app lock passcode, please reinstall the app after deleting it.

I really appreciate the effort you put into making an english app.I hope someday you can integrate changing language in all your apps.I got my first credit card and first phone under rakuten due to it being foreigner-friendly.This app has the basics. Although it might feel a bit lacking compared to the japanese version app.
Purchase notifications arrive so late!

Receiving purchase email notifications days after using the card is absolutely ridiculous. Often, these emails lack merchant details, making it difficult to recall the transactions. In contrast, my other credit card from a developing country sends instant notifications with merchant details, amount charged, and the exact date and time of the purchase. Considering Rakuten's greater resources, why is its service so much less efficient compared to my card from the developing country?

The new AI chatbot feature is really promising. I was honestly surprised to see how much I spent in certain categories and time periods. It was eye-opening.It’s super easy to just ask a question and get a clear answer right away, instead of digging through statements. It actually makes tracking my spending simple and convenient. Great addition to the app!
