Very helpful

I really appreciate the effort you put into making an english app.
I hope someday you can integrate changing language in all your apps.
I got my first credit card and first phone under rakuten due to it being foreigner-friendly.

This app has the basics. Although it might feel a bit lacking compared to the japanese version app.

Purchase notifications arrive so late!

Receiving purchase email notifications days after using the card is absolutely ridiculous. Often, these emails lack merchant details, making it difficult to recall the transactions.

In contrast, my other credit card from a developing country sends instant notifications with merchant details, amount charged, and the exact date and time of the purchase. Considering Rakuten's greater resources, why is its service so much less efficient compared to my card from the developing country?
