スリープのデータが表示されない

７月２１日以降、スリープのグラフ化されたデータがiPhone12の画面に表示されなくなった。歩数や心拍数はグラフ化されているのに、何故？

ヘルスケアと連動しない

デバイス本体との最初の接続はかなり厄介で、同梱の紙のマニュアルでは不可能。結局ホームページを見てやり直した。
iPhoneのヘルスケアとの連動は出来ず、たとえば歩数などはこのアプリとデバイス間のみ。これは本当に残念。iPkoneを置いて運動などしても何も反映されない。
デバイスの宣伝のページがあり、全く不要。それ以外は普通。
デバイスのフェイスはあまり魅力的なものはなかった。
デバイスはrealme band 2を使っているが、これは十分な性能。バッテリーは今後どの程度で列がするかわからないが。睡眠データもかなり詳細。血中酸素をマヌュアルで測定できるので、これを使っている。

日本で使用

自動ではデバイスを見つけてくれなかったのでバーコードを読み込みリンクさせたはずのWatch2Proがアプリ内に出てこないのですがどうしてなのでしょうか？？初めてrealme製品を使用するのでアプリの見方を間違えているのかな…
リンクしなおそうにもデバイスを探していますのまま出てこないし選べる一覧の中にWatch2Proがないためアプリを活用できません

あとWatch2Pro側で通知を見ても日本語は◽︎◽︎◽︎と表示され何がきたのかさっぱりなので表示に対応してくださるか、日本版を世界と同じか少しのズレ程度でリリースしてほしいです。
