西海岸は最高！
今までアメリカ西海岸に七回ほど行きましたが4回目からはレンタカーを借りています。複数ですとリーズナブルに観光できるし、自由に動き回れるのがいいです。いつもレンタカードットコムを利用しています。こちらの予約ではリーズナブルですが、現地で保険料等を取られていつも割高になります。この方式、何とかなりませんかね‥。交通事故には十分気をつけていますが、サンデアゴ 、ロサンゼルスでは駐車禁止を取られてしまいました。特に、ロサンゼルスは行くたびに厳しくなっているような気がします。オンラインで罰金を何回払ったことか。それと高速の通行料！これは自動でチャックされているんですが、自分では有料の所を通ったつもりはないですが通ってるんでしょうね。帰ってから手数料とともに請求されます。これもオンラインで‥日本で言うETCないんですかね？
Worst response 最低な対応
One month after I returned a car, Hertz were asking for another 4000 Euro without any notice! It’s incredible!! I sent mail to Rentalcars.com, but they didn’t reply at all. Finally I could cancel the payment, but I can’t believe it anymore.
ドイツでレンタカーを借りて1ヶ月後に、偶然クレジットの利用明細を見ると、40万近くもの請求がhertzからありました。電話すると間違いであることを認めるものの、約束のメールは送ってこないしRentalcars.comも返事がありませんでした。クレジット会社に連絡すると、rentalcars.comはこういったトラブルは非常に多いそうです。もう私は利用することはないですが、アプリの評価が高かったので投稿いたしました。皆さんも利用される場合は十分気をつけてください。
決済済みにも関わらず現地で請求されました
オンライン決済で利用日の1ヶ月前に予約をしました。予約はきちんと入っており、レンタカー受付はスムーズだったのですが、返却日にお金が支払われてないと言われ、レンタル料分を再度請求されました。バウチャーを見せても知らないと言われて、本社に電話の確認をしてもらってもお金は払われてないと言われ、急いでいたのもあり渋々支払いをしました。その後サイト問い合わせより、レンタカー会社の不備とのことで返金をすることになる、と言われたところまでは良かったのですが1ヶ月待っても返金されず、現在も粘って問い合わせをしてますが無駄に終わりそうです。後ほど口コミを読んでみたら、二重請求にあわれてる方々も多い様で、先に確認しなかったことに後悔してショックを受けました。少し高くても、安心出来る予約サイトをお勧めします。もしくは直接の予約が良いです。こちらでは絶対に予約しない方が良いです。
