JEMA対応家電のON/OFF制御が可能です。
【機能説明】
・外出先からON/OFFコントロール
おうちの家電(エアコン・電子錠・給湯器・床暖房・照明など)を簡単操作で
外出先からON/OFFコントロールすることができます。
照明の消し忘れ、防犯対策。室内の温度調整などに便利です。
・家電・設備のON/OFF状態を一括閲覧
おうちの家電の状態(ON/OFF)をリストで確認することができます。
また、リスト表示される家電の名称をお好みに合わせて
変更することが可能です。
・push通知機能で消し忘れ予防
指定した時間におうちの家電の状態をお知らせするPush通知設定が可能です。
消し忘れを予防することができ、節電対策に効果的です。

急に使えなくなる
昨日まで使えていたのに突然使えなくなり、通信状況が悪いと言われるが、Wi-Fiだし5Gだしネット環境は申し分なく動作しているのにこのアプリだけダメ。マンションの付加価値としたいならメンテをしっかり行うべき。
