They charge high but not worth it

I ordered 12 hours result service for my PCR test, I haven’t got any update on the app or email after 12 hours, 24 hours, still no response. I couldn’t wait any longer as I had a flight to catch, so I called the customer service and the lady at the customer service said she will send the result “right away”, but still no update for another 3 hours, I called them again and I finally got the test result online, and the lady told me that hard copy will be delivered within 30mins but no update after 30mins.., I called the guy who came my place to take the sample and he said he will check and call back within 2 mins, and then no call for an hour.., I called him again and finally he told me he had a guy delivering the result in half an hour..This is not the service I expect for paying. Recommend not to use the service.
