With almost a quarter million downloads, the free Rough Rider compressor from Audio Damage is one of the most popular plugin effects on the planet.
RoughRider3 expands on the original RoughRider and RoughRider2. New features:
• External Sidechain Input in hosts
that support it. (Currently only AUM)
• Sidechain HPF control (works on both normal operation and external sidechain, for removing the low end from the compression algorithm.)
• Input and Output level controls, for easier level tuning.
• FULL BANDWIDTH control removes the warming features and high end attenuation from the original RoughRider, for a cleaner sound.
All this in addition to the original RoughRider compression you know and love. RoughRider3 installs both an AUv3 and a standalone with Inter-App Audio.

PCでもアプリでも、この品質と個性でフリー。 モバイルでもコンプの使い分けという選択肢を与えてくれて本当にありがとう。 古き良きパンチ感と最新のクリア感が絶妙に混ざってて好き。 Mix調整付きなのも嬉しい。 「伝説の」「魔法の」古き良きアナログ機器などの過度気味な個性や主張もなく、いい感じ。 ただ、程よい個性=中途半端でもあり、目的がハッキリしている有名コンプ類と比較して使い所が見つけづらい。 何から何まで使ってしまうとピークが被るし、オールマイティに使えるコンプでもない。 何とも言えない使い所の難しさがあるので⭐️4
