繋がりませんでした。古いモデルに対応しないのは何故だろう？今までのBluetoothイヤホンは問題なく繋がったのに… お高いのだからぜひ古いモデルのiPadでも使えるような仕様にしてください〜

Hey there! This application does supports the iPad Pro lineup but support starts from the Second Generations of iPad Pro.
Note: While mainstream media and everyone considers the iPad Pro 10.5" as 2nd Generation, Apple itself never claimed this (ref: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201471#ipadpro).
If your iPad Pro model is A1701, A1709 or even A1852, it will not be compatible with the app.

低いレビューが多くて驚いたけど私は何の問題もなく使えています。レビュー見る限りではそもそものイヤホンの種類や、スマホのバージョンが間違っているから使えない方が多い気がします。注意書きはよく読んだ上でレビューしないと、運営もたまったもんじゃないですよ。

Buds and app work perfectly fine. A lot of bad reviews are from people who don’t understand how to use them in the first place (eg. Wrong versions of buds, old versions of iOS etc) and are placing their frustration on a completely working app. Read instructions everyone.

I tried pairing with the app and seeing what the app might have to offer, but the app can’t find the Galaxy Buds. After trying with the app, I went into settings and paired them manually. Then, I went back to the app, but the app STILL could not recognize that they were paired.

Do not recommend.

Hi there, this application has been developed for Galaxy Buds+ and later models and unfortunately is not compatible with the Galaxy Buds.
The newer Galaxy Buds+ and Live have improved its performance and usability through an enhancement of both the hardware and software, especially by having a new chip that has a better connectivity and memory. In addition, it is compatible with iOS devices.
Since iOS compatibility is made possible through the new chip, it is supported only for Galaxy Buds+ and later models. Also, please note that this application supports iPhone 7 and later models with iOS 10 and later versions. We're really sorry for the inconvenience it may cause and we would really appreciate your understanding.
