手数料無料回数しか良いとこは無い
振込手数料、入出金手数料無料回数が無条件で沢山あるのは大変助かります。
私はワープア低所得層なので特に定期預金などは使っておらず数年使い続けてきました。
最近よく思うのは、一日の出金と振込の制限が10万円？のため、お給料日に家賃振り込んだり他の銀行に移したり……なんやかんやしてるとすぐ制限かかってその日はお金引き出せなくなってめっちゃテンパりました。
制限エラーからの解除には定期30万円以上が必要とか出てきたらビックリもするわ。
次の日無事お金出せたから一日制限でホッとしたし、翌日解除されるくらい書いておいて欲しい！！
他の銀行を検討中です。
使い物にならない
いろいろわかりづらく、レスポンスも悪い。
また特にワンタイムパスワード機能が使い物にならない。
PCで振り込み操作、ワンタイムパスワード生成→「モバイルアプリで確認してください」表示→モバイルアプリでログインしてパスワードを表示させる→PC側では「別端末でログインされたためログアウトしました」
意味がわかりません。
また、プッシュ通知を許可しても通知されないため、いつまで経ってもワンタイムパスワードを通過させることが出来ません。
使い物にならずストレスが溜まります。
せっかく銀行を使おうと思っていたのに、辞めておきます。
セキュリティーは最強かな？
三菱UFJ、三井住友等使っておりそれぞれアプリも利用中だが、こちらのアプリはセキュリティーが最強ながら使い勝手もいい。Face IDや自分が決めた6桁の番号入力等、ログイン方法がいくつがあって自由に選べるし、設定の変更や振込などに毎回6桁の任意の番号を付与される。(自分の携帯にしか表示されない)また、暗証番号の入力時に、キーボードの整列が毎回変わるため、どこを押してるのかトラッキングされない。
セキュリティーが強く、他行への振込が月7回も無料のためこれからはメインに使いたいと思います。
