機種変
前の機種（iPhone）でとっても楽しんでいて、レベルもすごく上がっていた(時の間に行ってたし、市長の部屋とかいくつかはエキスパートをとっくにこえてたし…。)のに、一挙にスタートレベルになってしまいがっかりしている。ツムツムとかは、元のIDで引き継げたのに、このゲームではどうやって引き継ぐのかわからない。
毎晩欠かさずやっていたので本当に残念です。
ちなみに機種変する原因になったのもこちはのゲームアプリのアップデートがうまくいかなかった(固まってしまった)からなので、残念通り越して悲しいです。
どうにか戻して欲しいです。初めからがんばる気力がないです。宜しくお願い致します。
…と諦めていたのですが、とても丁寧に対応していただき、無事に元のレベルに戻ることができました。ID引き継ぎがよくわからなかったのですが、メールのやり取りで進行を助けていただき、ありがたかったです。これからも楽しみたいと思います。(さらにもう一歩、ゲーム画面のよくある質問から直接メールできるようなリンクが貼られてるといいなと思ったので、星4つですが、メールでのやり取りはスムーズでした。)

パズル好きには最高
パズルや間違い探し、神経衰弱のようなゲームの種類が満載ですごく綺麗なビジュアルで楽しめます！
これは日本語にもできるのかわかりませんが私は英語のままやっています。物を見つけるときにたまにわからない単語があるのですが英語の学習にもなるし、脳トレにも良いです。
もともとパズル系のゲームは好きなのですが、得意な人は無課金で全然遊べるレベルです。
私は最初のオファーで120円だけ課金をしましたが、有料の宝石などもレベルアップやノルマクリアでためられますし、イベントでもかなりアイテムを集められてそれ以外は全く課金せず楽しめていて、クオリティの高さからも無課金だと逆に申し訳ないくらいなので、少しだけ課金しようとは思っています。
一日数回、1時間フリーエナジーとかオファーの時間があるので、その時間にまとめてクエストをクリアしています。
イベントでたくさんアイテムを入手したあとは土日とかに1日中このゲームをしてしまうくらい中毒性があるので、要注意！
たまに突然落ちたりもするのですが、それは今後の改善に期待！
ゲームはたまーにパズルを複数、細々とやるくらいだったのですが、このゲームをはじめてから他のアプリは消しました！一つで何種類も違うパズルが楽しめるのが良いところ。
また、ギルドでのイベントやエナジーフリーのゲームも定期的に更新されるので全く飽きないです。

意見がいくつかあります！
・携帯を機種変した時に、アカウントの引き継ぎをできるようにしてほしい。
前の機種はレベル150ほどで、せっかくここまでやってきたのに消すのはもったいないのでそのままにして、今の機種は前の機種から引き継ぎできないから、新たに別の名前で登録して、2台同時進行でプレイしてるので、正直面倒臭い。
・宝箱を前のバージョンに戻してほしい！
一番いらないのは回数制限のやつ！特にパレットモードの回数制限は色指定のストーンがなかなか落ちてこないので、何回失敗していることか・・・。本当にイライラします。
あと他の人も書いていますが、赤とオレンジの見分けが付きにくい。
パズル系の中では宝箱が一番好きでよくやっていたのですが、アップデート後は上記の理由でやる気がない。
・世間一般に嫌われてるものをアイテムに使うのはやめてほしい。
ロケーションでアイテムを探す時に、たまにトカゲやヘビとかがあるけど、爬虫類嫌いの自分としては、絵とは言えどリアルに気持ち悪いので、今後外していただけるとありがたいです。
これからも長く続けていきたいので、改善して頂けるようにお願いします。
