【追記】問い合わせ後の返信が異様に早い!

【オーナーなのにログインできない問題】
無料のLiteプランにしてから、こちらのアプリをダウンロードしたのですが、PINコードが作成できません。 オーナーでもログインするために必要なPINコードを作成するのに、有料版のProにし、「スタッフ」の項目で権限を与えてPINコードを作成する必要があります。 使い勝手が悪いと感じる。。

パソコンからShopifyの「Point of Sale」→ 「概要」の下の方にある「何かお困りですか?」の「サポートに連絡する」から、上記の問題について質問する。
ただし、英語で質問する必要あるので、翻訳アプリを使って質問を送る。

すると、約10分後で返答が帰ってくる!
英語だったので、翻訳アプリを使いながら操作してみる。
«操作手順»
(オーナーのアカウントで)
ストアの「設定」→「プランと権限」→「自分の名前を見つけてタップ」
→「POSまでスクロール」→「ピンを生成してメモ」→「保存をクリック」

この手順で再度ログインしたら、いけました!

英語対応しかないのが残念ですが、メール対応が異様に早く、解決できたので星4つにします。

Hi there, thank you for your feedback! You can create a PIN for the Shopify POS app within your Shopify Admin by navigating to Settings > Users and Permissions > Your Name. You can enter a new PIN within the 'Point of Sale access' section, or use the Generate Random PIN option. Select the Save button afterwards and you should be all set to log into the POS app! Please note: when you are using POS Lite, only the staff accounts listed under your Settings > Users and Permissions will have access to the POS app. POS only staff will no longer be available as that is part of the POS Pro offering.

If the POS app is asking for a PIN, and you do not have this information, kindly head to your Shopify Admin > Settings > Plans and Permissions > Select your name and you will then see "Generate Random PIN." You can use this PIN to login to our POS app. Our support team would love to walk you though this workflow. Please head to the POS app > Menu ≡ > Support > Send an email or give us a call, and one of the Retail Specialists will be able to help.

Customer View always disconnected in short time

I always use iPad Shopify pos with customers view by Android tablet.

Both app is latest version always and turn off power saving mode for both, but still disconnected customer view in minutes.

So every time we need to scan QR code and connect to customer view again and again.... at least 5-6times per a day. it makes our shop staff stressfull actually...

Hey SALAM117! Thank you for your feedback and letting us know your concerns. I understand that this can be very frustrating! Please ensure that both your iOS and Android device are up to date as well as having the latest versions of the POS and Customer View apps. Also worth checking, is that the permissions for Location are turned on for both apps. Disabling screen lock on both devices, as well as having them connected to continuous power can also assist with connectivity.
