Simple FRAT enters this space as tool in your ADM toolkit allowing you to consistently evaluate the risk of your proposed flight against a standard set of risk factors, identifying the potential risk level of the flight. It is ultimately the Pilot In Command's decision to make the flight, but Simple FRAT can help make that decision more methodical.
