なかなか良いのだが

睡眠状態がモニタリングでき、ビジュアルで分かりやすいのが良い。jowbone up的な統計データからのフィードバックやインフォメーションも今後期待できるのは?と期待している。
前日のアルコール摂取や栄養素以外に、例えばアレルギーフードを摂取した、とか記録できると夜間に掻痒で起きていたりとか、評価しやすいので有難い。

精度良し

睡眠ログを取るためにいくつかのアプリを使いました。アップルウォッチの自動ログにしていましたが全く違う内容の時間を送ってくるアプリもあるなか、このアプリは時間ピッタリでした。色々と提案を送ってくれているようですが、私の英語力不足により意味がわからず勿体無いことになっています。
どうか、日本語対応も対応していただきたい!
わかる英語のところだけで何となくでも使い続けます。

夜起きてまた眠りについた時が
色分けで確認出来るので、IOS14
から付いた睡眠のトラックよりも
見やすいです。睡眠のトラックも
