[Permission information for using the app]
1) Required access rights
- Network: Permission to use the network, which is required to access the DVR.
2) Optional access rights
- Photos and videos: Permission to access device photo media files. This permission is required to use the QR code photo import, screenshot image storage, and video recording storage functions.
- Camera: Access to the device's camera, which is required to use the QR code recognition function.
- Microphone: Access to the device's microphone, which is required to use the recorder's speaking function.
- Notification: This is the permission to access the device's notifications and is required to display it on the device when a PUSH notification comes from the recorder.

* You can use the app even if you do not agree to the optional access permissions.
* If you do not agree to the optional access rights, normal use of some functions of the service may be difficult.

落ちまくり

どうしてなのかはわかりませんが、Wi-Fi環境では問題なく動くのですが携帯のテザリングで使ってるとしょっちゅう落ちて使い物になりません。
改善をお願いします。
環境は、iPad4/iOS9.2.1です。

独り言。

ソフトのバグで見れなくなる事は、ほぼ無し。
wifiルーターの配下に録画機が設置されている場合、そのwifiルーターに端末を接続してい場合は、グローバルアドレスやDDNSアドレスではなく、ローカルIPアドレスを入力しないと接続しない場合あり。逆に端末がwifiで接続している場合は遠隔接続出来て、端末回線で接続出来ない場合は、録画機の再起動とグローバルアドレスかDDNSアドレスの入力が正しいか再確認が必要。因みにPCのブラウザでもアドレスが正しいのであれば接続するので、それで接続しないなら録画機かルーターの設定に問題ありなので取付業者まで。
