パノラマ（270°）で撮影すると上下の大半がカットされ、中心部３分の１程度の縦幅でしか保存されない。アプリのステッチ処理で縦サイズを誤って処理されているのではないですか？使い物になりません！（環境）iPhone12mini iOS16.1

アプリを使って撮影したデータがローカルフォルダに保存できません。サポートに聞いてもアンインストールして入れ直せか動画が長いから分割しろとしかいわず、アンインストールをしたら撮った動画消えるし、分割はアプリで出来ないし、サポートあまり良くないです。ただ、返信が早いだけマシですが。。。結局解決できずにこまってます。
