Re-signing in problem
Dear, Haese mathematics,
This app is a more advanced and user-friendly compared to the online version. But one problem I would like to address is that after a month or so of using it, it would always freeze, and then black out. When this happens, I delete the app and try re-downloading, but when I try re-logging in, it appears that I cannot re-open the textbook because it is ‘activated on another device’. I would sincerely want this bug to be fixed, so I can continue using this app.
