This app is for softball players who want to improve their offseason conditioning. Softball requires a combination of strength, speed, and power. This program isolates the muscle groups needed to optimize your softball performance.
Your Fitivity app has multiple training programs in it to learn softball skills for hitting, fielding, throwing, and more! Switch between programs that were designed specifically for you!
In addition to your weekly workouts, try out Fitivity COACHING! Coaching is a highly engaging exercise experience that combines mixes by DJ's and super motivating trainers to push you through workouts.
