Squat is also called full squat. It is one of the most complex and practiced movements in bodybuilding. It is also a movement in powerlifting competitions. 

Squat has strong stimulation to the entire lower limbs and trunk.

It can exercise quadriceps, gluteus maximus, biceps femoris, semitendinosus, semimembranosus, and erector spinae, gluteus minimus and calf muscles. It also has a strong effect.

In addition, squats have a positive effect on cardiopulmonary function, neuroregulation, hormone secretion and other physiological and biochemical activities. 

Therefore, squats are required courses for professional athletes and amateur bodybuilders.

This is an app that automatically records the number of squats through sensors.

## Principle

When it detects that the phone is moving downwards and then upwards, the sensor will record a squat.

You can press the phone on your lap, or hold it with both hands, horizontally, hold the phone, and do squats to count.
