We appreciate you noticing a few errors that seem to be occurring in our app. We're working around the clock to fix this. Reviews with low star ratings does effect our app. We would love if you could try to update the app and try the app again. Hi,

You can't find the app because of Apple iOS's design. iMessage app doesn't have an app icon. Their icon is in iMessage. Apple designed it like this. There is nothing we can do. We wish our app can be shown in the home screen but it's impossible. Our app and thousands of other iMessage apps are only inside iMessage. We also reached to Apple for this issue many times. We hope that Apple will have a solution for iMessage icons in the next iOS. Deleting the app or finding the app is not related to us, it is related to iMessage and Apple. If you reach to Apple, it will be great for us because it will encourage them to fix this issue that many people are having.

Apple support is great and they're very helpful and friendly. They can help you to remove apps.
