JAPANが設立してるならば…
アプリとしての活用法は、使い勝手は申し分ないです。世界的な流通を網羅しているだけあって価格変動も理解できる範疇です。加えて、真偽の鑑定も精度は高いと思います。精度100%だとは思っていませんが、ここを通過したのであれば致し方ないな…と納得します。（これまでの購入取引で、鑑定基準を満たさないで取引不成立。出荷されないことが何度もあったので鑑定はしていることが伺えます）
星が一個マイナスなのは、関税の問題です。世界流通なので、海外からの取り寄せがあることは理解しています。しかし、日本国内に支部を拠点として構えたことも事実。結論、スニーカーの出荷国が分からない中で『毎回関税が掛かる取引』は減点対象だと思います。
実は取引した内容が『国内取引』であったにも関わらず関税が徴収されている…関税なので御社が不当な利益を得ているとは考察しません。ただし、仮に消費者としては払う必要のない税金を払っているとしたら残念です。
本アプリをご使用の際は、関税は掛かるものとしてお取り扱いください。なので、表示価格➕関税が支払い金額になります。関税は、大凡4,000円〜5,000円。徴収されないこともあるらしいですが、『運悪く徴収された』というような宙に浮いた取引状況が不満を生んでます。
転売屋は必要悪
・何度も利用しているが配送が遅いのは海外なので我慢する必要がある。1ヶ月の場合もありえる。
・問合せスタッフが思っているよりまともだった。
今は日本語で問合せ出来るので便利。
・表示バグなのか売手と買手の金額おかしいし
成立してない取引も表示しているので
金額の操作が行われてるんじゃ無いかと不信感あり。
・ヤフオク等で買うよりは本物が手に入る
鑑定時間は知りませんが中にはフェイクと
見抜けない商品も存在すると思います。
・スニーカー購入時の選択肢としてStockXが
必ず入ります。
nike→foot locker→StockX→ヤフオク等
どうしても欲しい場合はプレ値で購入
プレ値に納得出来ないがお金出せば買えるだけ
マシと思ってしまう
・現在2度返金された商品の3度目購入中ですが
出品者から１４日経っても送られていない
問合せしたら煽りなのか日本語と中国語で
コロナの影響だから2週間くらいかかるとのこと
ここまで待たして返金されたら.....

コロナ影響で手に入れるまで驚くほど時間が掛かる
関税考慮するとスニーカーダンク、モノカブを利用した方がいいだろう。
フェイクの危険度はあまり変わらないと思う。
相当変わり種ではない限り国内で購入を勧める。
もうStockXでなければいけない理由が無くなる
むしろ国内であれば時間、価格、運送リスク全て上回る。
「包装や梱包についても厳格な基準を設け」とあるが
とあるコレクション品を購入しましたが、商品が段ボールに無理やり詰め込まれて、箱が大きく凹んでいました。
返品について問い合わせ、状態が分かる写真を添付し、鑑定部門に確認していただいたところ、箱の凹みは合格の範囲内であり返品は不可となりました。
ホームページ内に
“ 梱包や包装
新品の状態でお届けできるよう、商品そのものと同じくらい、梱包や包装についても厳格な基準を設けています。”
と記載されていましたのでその点について見解を伺いましたが、その点の矛盾は拭えませんでした。
また、購入した商品は返品は出来ないが、箱が大きく凹んでる商品であってもサイト内で再販は可能との回答でした。
返品に関してのやりとりを通じて「商品の真贋には責任を持つが、状態や品質には責任を持たない」そういうサービスなのかなと思いました。
フィギュアやスニーカーなど箱の状態が重要なコレクション品もあると思いますが、箱のまま保管をする予定の方は、前述の通りとなっていますので、購入する際はそのリスクを把握しておく必要があるかと思われます。
ですが、これらの確認を本国に取ってくださった日本のカスタマーサポートの方はとても丁寧なサポートをしてくださいました。個人的には今後も使い続けますが改善されると嬉しいです。
