I felt just ripped off.

The service idea was very good. But when I send mail that I wanted to cancel subscription, they offered me that they give a gift(rip stick).So I continued one month and ordered the new box.But they forgot to put the gift.Then they said”ok I put it in next box.” But I don’t want to continue because I doubt that is their way. Like they say next time I will send special offer but They never give me. They should send it their self separately. So I can’t believe and I quit to continue.I felt just ripped off.
