このゲームアプリは絶対課金しないように！！
このゲームを何年か前から使用しています。
使用している内に課金ゲームと分かりながら結構な額の課金を何度もしていて暇潰しも有り納得して課金をしていたのですが、最近高額の課金をした所購入をしたのにアイテム、チップが反映されないトラブルが発生したので運営に問い合わせをした所、まず返信が遅く、何度も問い合わせをしてやっと返信が来ました。
返信の内容は、課金してアイテムが反映されなくても
返金は出来ないとの事！私はこのトラブルが何回も有った事を確認しており、気持ちが納得出来ないので
アップルにサンビポーカーに付いて問い合わせをした所、やはりそのトラブルはサンビポーカーアプリは
何度も確認されているとアップルから返事貰ったので返金を願い出た所、アップルが直接関わるアプリで
無いので返金は出来無いとの返事が来たので、
トラブルを確認済み証拠有りとの！メールを再度
サンビポーカーアプリ運営に問い合わせをした所
何度も有ったトラブルを一度だけ認めて！
アイテムだけの補填だけでした！
メールのやり取りもアプリ運営側のミスなのに
対応も凄く悪く適当でした！
この事実を含め、私は対応が納得行かないので
弁護士を含めアップルも協力確認済みの上
訴訟を検討しています！
私みたいな被害者が出ないようにこのアプリを
使用する人は
課金をお勧めしません！
また課金をするのであれば絶対にアイテムが反映
されたかを確認して下さい！！
私みたいな被害者が出ない事を願います！
最後にこのゲームのブラックジャックは絶対にやらない事をお勧めします！！
