Convenient app

It is very easy to use and it tells you who is the driver and where the car is. It is worth using it when you need a ride.

Weird estimated pick up time and resulted in a loss of ride

(Edit: they gave me my refund later.)
I ordered a ride that was supposed to arrive at 11:05~11:20. However it sent me a text at 10:56 telling me that it has already arrived. I just got out of shower and saw that message over 11:00.
I hurried downstairs and waited till like 11:25 and still nothing showed up. The SuperShuttle app even took away the information of the driver and I’m pretty sure that I missed my ride.
