体幹がしっかりしてきたように感じました。

慢性の腰痛で悩みカイロや鍼灸に通ってましたがやはり腰痛は運動療法がいいと接骨院の先生にお聞きし、ジムに通うのも時間がとれないのでホームケアで毎日出来る腰痛プログラムを取り入れました。
わかりやすく毎日無理なく続けられ、怠慢なわたしでもとてもわかりやすく続けられてます。
腰痛改善だけでなくだいぶお腹もすっきりして軽くなり驚いています。
少し続けて行こうと思ってます。

机の前で多くの時間を過ごす仕事になって8ヵ月、いつのまにかひどい腰痛になり腰掛けるのも大変に。他の改善努力もしましたが、このアプリのベーシック/アドバンストレーニングを毎日2ヶ月続けた結果、腰痛がなくなりました。腰まわりに明らかに筋肉がつき、しっかり支えてくれているようです。もちろんアスリートのような筋肉にはなりませんが。副次的な効果として、お腹が凹んだので苦しかったズボンも楽々です。開始して4ヶ月の今も必ず2日に一回は利用しています。

優良アプリ。これがなくなったら困ります

20代のはじめから腰痛症の人間です。
定期的にマッサージ行ったり、病院行ったりしてましたが、このアプリのトレーニングをきちんと継続的にこなすと腰痛が劇的に改善します。
これがなくなったら腰と生活のクオリティがとても下がります。
だからOSが進んでいっても対応し続けて欲しいです。
