The UI is basically very good, but there are a few missing features that major app can do but this app cannot... •I'd like to be able to upload automatically in the background when connected to wifi without opening the app. •It's very inconvenient to have to keep the app open to upload photos. •Every time I open a shared album, it loads and takes a long time. •I'd like to be able to set favorites(♡) for photos and share favorites in a shared folder, and it would be even better if it could automatically import favorites set on the iPhone like amazon photo. ･The sort order of the photos in the shared album is reset every time I open the app.

Zero stars: total time waste

First, it took me two hours to get working. It needed the iPhone settings to allow network usage from this app, but it didn’t tell me that. Instead it sent me on wild goose changes to set up QuickConnect, that even had it worked would’ve been 100 times slower than simply typing my IP address, but because network usage was blocked, that didn’t even work.Maybe more importantly, after I got it all configured, it turns out it can only write things into a certain specific folder name with a certain specific directory hierarchy. I’ve got 24 other applications on my PC all of which can be configured to take the exact file path date structure that I have used since the late 1990s. Every other app can do this. Only Synology can’t. As a senior software engineer, I can confidently state. It would’ve only taken them one hour to implement this feature, and they chose not to. Instead, they chose that users would entirely rebuild their entire life around the Synology software. I gladly do that when it’s file services. But I’m not about to do that for copying photos.

Bugs Fixed 1. Fixed an issue where photos might be backed up to an incorrect folder when the iOS system calendar was set to the Japanese calendar. 2. Improved the processing performance of similar items recognition.
