＄での換算(請求)になります!!
その時幾ら使用したのか分からないところは改善して欲しいのと、数日後カード使用額を確認したところ【＄請求】になっていたので、そこも明記して欲しい。
なので思っていたより高かった、、
人気や有名な場所は日本語検索できるが、そうでないところ(レストランやカフェetc...)はハングル検索しないと出てきません。
しかしタクシー移動は本当に便利なので次回も利用したいです。
運賃＋税金
コチラのアプリ紹介をYouTubeでみて何かあった時の為にとインストールしていました。
韓国旅行中、カカオタクシーの配車が上手くいかずこのアプリを使ってみようとおもいました。
配車までの操作はカカオと同じでスムーズに行なえました。
タクシードライバーも重いスーツケースの乗降もやってくれありがたかったです。
到着地について、メーター確認したところ、配車する時の予想金額よりはちょっと高いなくらいの感じでした。
後日、クレジット会社より請求が来たら、思っていた金額より高かったため、アプリ内にて金額の確認をしたら、運賃に税金が加算されていました。しかも10%以上の課税が。
いままでタクシーでは支払うときはメーター料金だけだったから驚きました。
領収書を貰えば良かったのですが、交通量の多い場所での降車だったのでバタバタしてもらい忘れてしまいました。
クレジット決済時はドルに換算され日本円請求されるみたいで結構な割り高感がでます。
ドライバーさんが悪いわけではないですが、なんとなく違和感があり、やはり現地の通貨で支払える配車アプリの方が気持ち的に安心です。
まったく機能せず
とても便利だと思い、早速スマホに入れていざ韓国へ。 現地でタクシーを使う時に早速使おうとアプリを開きましたが、まったく機能してくれず… 2回ほどタクシーを使う時にチャレンジしましたが、どの場所も結局使えずにカカオタクシーを使う事になりました。 実際に使えていたら現地支払いも無いしとても便利だと思うので使えず残念です。 ぜひ、改善お願いします。

現地で、タクシーを呼ぶ時にこのアプリを開いて、目的地を設定するまでは出来ました。
そこから近くのタクシーを検索する時から無反応になってしまい、タクシーが居るのかどうかもわからない状態でした。地図上に何も表示されない？感じです。
同じようにカカオタクシーのアプリを起動したら、同じ場所でちゃんとタクシーが地図上に出ていました。

通常、タクシーに乗る場合、ソウル、仁川、済州島で利用した場合、周围に何台のタクシーがいるのかが表示されます。なぜなら、私たちのアプリは近くのすべての会社のタクシーを呼ぶことができるからです
