good ap
a few minor bugs but works well. useful to keep yourself motivated, and there is a large detailed database. i recommend it highly.
Great dbase, great interface, great tool
I've used this app for past three versions. All good from the start. There is rarely a food or ingredient I can't find in the dbase; It's an intuitive interface; and the data is accurate to a fault. I've not had issues with losing data or not being able to access after five days (per other review). I've got data from last year still available within the app, so I can compare Y/Y eating trends and calories per day or whatever I want to compare. I use it daily and focus on everything related to my nutrition plan - number of meals, meal content and size, protein-carb-fat ratios, calorie counting (of course), etc. Highly recommended to help you get in touch with your nutrition plans, goals, and results.

Easy to use and the database is pretty good. Love it when I need to check my macros are on point.
