Solid product/ solid service

I use this app for my business in Japan. As the owner and being American I prefer this kind of app in English, but it does support Japanese fonts and a number of staff have their names in Japanese characters. Since I am not in the U S the calculator for pay is not something we use but the hours worked reports are important, as are the reports available for analysis of man hours in specific sections of our business— I can quickly come up with the manpower costs of product or cost of sales. Staff, all Japanese but me can download and use the tool and nobody has an issue with how to clock in or out or being able to see their schedule. And none of my staff have been able to show me a better alternative to shiftplanning—which I’ve been using 6 or 7 years now. In that time we have not experienced a significant outage if at all—some routine maintenance downtime. Support has been really solid. The guys on the chat support have always known exactly what they are talking about and to date I have not had to wait for service when I asked a question. Excellent value (but don’t raise the price on me!)
