I order from Temu and my package didn’t arrive as promised. I contacted customer service and they were cooperative. They told me to request a refund and I did. I received my refund within five minutes and reordered again. There my second package arrived within two days and all what I ordered came perfectly just as seen in the photos. I was so happy with my package because all the materials were perfect. The customer service team is really good. Hope you continue with the excellent service.

靴2足を購入して、送られてきたのはガラクタとゴミです。

購入時にうたっていた、商品到着期日に届かなかった場合の700円クレジット返金保証もされません。
理由として、物は送ったから期日には届いた。
と言い張っています。

全く違う物を送りつけておいて、期日迄に届いたから700円の保証はしないとの事。

購入した物は届いてなく、ガラクタを送りつけておいて期日迄に届いたから700円の保証はしないとカスタマーで伝えてられました。

返金手続きを行なっても、返金手続きさえあやふやで返金日や返金期日さえ送られてきません。

２度購入しました。 海外発送なので時間はかかりますが送料無料はすごいなと思います。 １度目の購入は国内に入ってから、配送中に問題発生で強制キャンセル。 ２度目は届きましたが、布を使うとほつれがマスト、プラスチックを使うとバリがマストで購入した喜びを感じることはできません。 初回購入の値引きに誘われたのに強制キャンセルで権利を失うってなんか微妙。

追記
配送ロストのままなぜか届きました。
箱がベコベコでしたのでロスト扱いになったのかもしれません。
ロスト時の返金、届いてしまった後のチャット対応など、ここあたりはすごくスムーズでしたので、星を少し上げたいと思います。
