Overall health & confidence improvement

I’ve been using “The Coach” app from the Men’s Health & Kegel category for over a month now. While I haven’t noticed any significant improvements yet, I do feel more confident overall, and I plan to continue using it. The support team was quick to respond when I reached out, which I really appreciate.

Doesn’t seem worth it

The exercises might be helping which is good. But cost seems high given the overall quality of the app and lessons. Date/push handling is buggy, lesson quality is mixed (some useful but many very very basic), and it keeps flopping between PE and ED issues on the content. For a couple bucks a month, fine, but not for this much.
