不便

他のアプリでの配信に慣れてるから不便に感じるのかもしれないところもあるかとは思うのですが、時間が経っていても一時停止したところから再生ができる、というのは備わってないといけない当たり前の機能では？なぜ備わっていないのかがわかりません。主に舞台・ミュージカルを配信しているのに、ものによっては2時間以上もあるものをぶっ続けで見ろ、ということでしょうか？テレビで見れないのは仕方ないにしても、決して安くはないお金を取って配信するのであれば、その辺の必要最低限の環境はしっかり整備してほしいです。

一気見することもありますが、仕事の休憩時間や通勤時間等に数回に分けて見たりする私には、今後、配信がこれしかない舞台やミュージカル等があれば、どれだけ見たくとも買わないなと思うくらいには良さがわかりません。改善されない限り、他の配信で見られるものは他で見ると思います。早めの改善をお願い致します。

本当は星1個も付けたくない

こんな酷い配信アプリある？
舞台の配信を購入して見ましたが、途中で一時停止すると、次に見ようと再生したら最後のほうに飛ばされました。
iPadで見たかったのですが、iPadは対応していないのか画面が小さく断念。
テレビにも飛ばせない。
ゴミアプリでは？

本当に使いにくい

FireTVを使って見れない・スマホからのミラーリングもできないためテレビで視聴できない。せっかくアプリがあるのに全く活かせていない。舞台作品が多いなら、推しの舞台を大画面で見たい人も多いはずだが、現状見れないためシアターコンプレックスでの購入は躊躇している人が多いのでは？最もターゲットとすべき顧客のニーズに全く合っていない。こちらでしか配信のないものであっても購入を躊躇うレベル。改善されない限り購入者は増えないと思う。
