そもそもi phoneを認識せず。返金は受けられた。
接続i phone をどうやっても認識しない。ソフトが提案する対応策は他のケーブルで試せ、等たった４個の、ごく普通の提案で役に立たない。勿論iosは最新のものでウィルスソフトはカット済。問い合わせしようにも英語なので出来ない。これは英語アプリを購入するリスクなので仕方ないが、恐らく日本語が通じても、最初の提案がこの様な程度なので有効な解決策が得られるとも思えない。今回は、信頼性が不確かな外国語ソフトを買うリスクを改めて認識した。
この後、販売者から連絡を受け返金を受けた。返金はAppleからの連絡に応答後、Appleアカウント残高に。その点は非常に満足。販売者とのやりとりは英語。
尚、日本語の高評価コメントは１つを除き外国語から翻訳されたもの。
