If you want to find an easy-to-use app featuring one stop service for taking care of your bills and your daily consumer goods, try this Tokopedia. You may install Bukalapak too as a comparison. If you use them at the same time within certain period of time, you will find my testimony is valid
Awful customer service
Basically they don’t have call Center, only way contact them is by email. After 3days they reply me they don’t do anything because I didn’t paid Tokopedia care. Seller send wrong item on purpose also don’t reply message, I send still they don’t care.
Better to use Blibli or Bukalapak, they have call Center also took care really well when you have problem with seller.
