このアプリを使って画像を作成した次の日、自分のインスタアカウントが利用停止になりました。
インスタ運営が関与しないアプリを勝手に利用すると規約違反と判断されるようです。
このアプリのせいだと断定はできませんが、それまで何もなかったので、この可能性が大きいと思います。
使うならリスクも覚悟しておいたほうがよろしいかと。

Please, be assured it hasn't been caused by getting a collage of your best posts by the TOP 9 app. Instagram can suspend your account only if you violate their Terms of Use, which you likely did. You can use your Instagram username with any third-party apps you wish without limits. We've been testing the app for a very long time, and none of our accounts were ever suspended. We recommend contacting Instagram's customer support directly, as they will give you an accurate answer. We would be grateful if you could consider updating your review. The safety of our users is the highest priority, and that's why we never ask our users to log in to their Instagram accounts. Thank you for considering my request!
