サポートスタッフ
元々納車後には正常作動していましたが、クルマのベールが取れず、車両情報を削除して登録し直しました。
するとリモートコクピットが作動しなくなり、いろいろ試してみましたが全く駄目で。
仕方なくカスタマーサービスに連絡して相談したところいろいろ調べていただき、リンク自体は正常に繋がっているのでアプリそのものを入れ直して再度ログインして下さいと。
入れ直してログインしましたが、リモートコクピットは作動せず。
しかし、航続などの情報も出なかった為まだiPhoneとクルマのリンクが取れていないと。
エンジンをかけたら完全に情報が表示され、
施錠し操作を試したらしっかりと元通りの操作が復活しました。
そもそもこのアプリで欲しいのは、
以前BMW MINIでも活用していたアプリで見られる、
燃料残量と航続距離だったので評価はバッチリです。
あまりリモートコクピットは使わないと思いますが、使えないより使えた方がいい。
ナビへのマップ情報の転送もレスポンス良く、そこそこ使えると思います。
未だクルマのベールは取れていませんが、
作動しなくなって焦っていた私にはそんなことどうでも良くなりました。
なによりサポートのスタッフの方は丁寧に対応して下さり、
今回の件のついでに聞きたかった正直くだらない内容の質問にも親身に答えてくださったので感謝しています。
イイのはイイが。
反応速度が遅いのが・・・
問題はアップル側との回答
ウェブ上では車両登録は済んでいるものの、アプリ上ではVIN登録から先に進めない状態が続きました。そこでお客様サポートセンターに連絡。そこから5日ほどで、アプリ上でも車両が見られるようになりました。この原因は不明との事。
一方、「車両の位置を特定」が依然使えません。そもそも、位置情報を取得する選択肢が出て来ません。14Pro、13Proにダウンロードしましたが、両方とも位置情報の選択肢がアプリにない状態です。
お客様サポートセンターに再び問合せたところ、iPhone側の問題なのでアップルに問合せてほしいとの回答。
