Great app when you start living in new country

I recently moved to new country, and kept having trouble with daily communication with locals, such as asking recommendations in the restaurants. I tried Duolingo but I gave up because the words and expressions were not that practical for my daily use.
This app solved my problem. I could register the words and sentences I actually needed in life, and i could remember it with flashcard function. Totally recommended for people who recently moved to new place and straggling with the new language environment.
