Managament lambat, selalu terlambat tidak Sesuai jadwal, banyak alasan, Dan tidak kompensasi atas kesalahan yang dilakukan.
Malah seperti menyepelekan pelanggan.
Aplikasi fitur chat tidak ada notifikasi, di minta wa untuk chat langsung tidak bisa, terlalu tidak serius untuk uang dan waktu yang dikeluarkan tidak sedikit

BAD SERVICE
Mau check in dibuat nunggu sampai hampir 5 jam, dengan banyak alasan yg diuraikan,lokasi jauh dari kantor lah, grab buat ngirim kunci gk da lah, nglayani org lain lah, kalo punya wilayah luas tolong tingkatkan pelayanan nya dipercepat, udah lama masih ada yg kurang lagi
