個人の旅行で2回リピート利用し、いずれも便利に使えました！
個人の旅行で2回リピート利用しました。
1回目はパリ、2回目はホノルルでした。
これまで海外旅行ではレンタルWi-Fiを借りていたのですが、simも取り替えずにそのまま設定すれば使えると言う便利さからトリファを使いました。
レンタルWi-Fiだと前々から予約をしたり、空港の回収ボックスにWi-Fi機器を返却するのが大変だったので、それに比べてトリファは出発日の空港に行くまでの移動中にアプリをインストールして購入して設定するだけで使えるので、とても便利だと思います。
また、ギガ数が足りなくなっても追加購入できる安心感もあります。
設定についてはステップがいくつかあるので、事前に空港や移動中に説明をよく確認した方が良いと思いますが、説明がとても分かりやすいです。
旅行先についてから現地空港のWi-Fi環境で再度設定し、うまくいったか最初は不安になりましたが、問い合わせするほどの問題は特に起きず、スムーズでした。
利用中はごくたまに電波が悪くなる時もありますが、私はそこまで気にならず、とても満足しています。
過去の旅行などでレンタルWi-Fiや現地の通信回線を契約して使ったことがありますが、それらも電波が悪くなる時があったので、それらと比べても品質は問題ないと思います。
もし追加で機能が欲しいとしたら電話機能かなと思いますが、現段階のサービスで満足しています。
もうレンタルWi-Fiには戻れそうにないので、今後も使わせていただく予定です。
個人的にレンタルWi-Fiを使っていた友人や家族にも広めるくらい、気に入っています☺️

使いやすく信頼できる
時々海外で短期の使用を目的にTrifaでeSIMを購入し、トルコ、中国本土で使用しました。
どちらも通信速度は良好で、開通後に途切れると行った不具合はありませんでした。購入前にどこの通信会社のeSIMであるかが分かるので、通信速度が気になる場合は事前に評判を確認出来ると思います。
今までサポートを使ったことはありませんが、もしもの場合に日本語でもチャットサポートが受けられるのは心強いと思います。
アプリはeSIMのインストールの手順や開通手続きが丁寧に示され、またTodoリストのように段階を追って確認されていくため初めてであっても設定はしやすいと思います。一度買ったeSIMの通信量が減ってきたら追加購入が簡単にでき、支払もApple Payが使えるので決裁が簡単なのも良いと思います。これまで海外のeSIMの会社数社を比較し1番安価な物を契約していましたが、使用方法が一緒で日本語でも使用できるので最近はTrifa一択になってきています。
アプリの今後の期待としては、通信量が消費具合はアプリで確認出来るのですが、減った具合が通知で届くと便利だと思います。また、空港の乗り換えといった短時間向けのより小容量で安価のプラン、容量無制限のプランがあると色々な使い方が出来て便利だと思います。
次回は家族で旅行の際に使用する予定ですが、購入したeSIMを同行した知り合いにプレゼントで送るといった事ができると便利だと感じました。

初めてのアプリで SIM
直前にこちらのサービスを知り、アプリをインストールしたもののうまく起動せず、２日にわたり深夜にチャットでTrifaの方々と確認作業を行いました。
キャリアであるauの窓口にも行って確認したところ、使用スマホ（iPhoneSE）の不具合らしいことがわかり、利用3年目に入っていたこともあり急きょ機種変更（iPhone14）しました。
結論から言えば、さまざまなこちらの不運が重なり、旧機種→新機種の際に引き継ぎがうまくいかず、再インストールに¥200追加料金を支払うことになりましたが以降は現地で問題なく使用できました。
こちらの画面スクショをチャットで送り、ひとつひとつ確認しながら丁寧に教えてくださるTrifaの方々とのやり取りには感動すら覚えました。
数ある同様のアプリの中で日本語でやり取りできることも決め手の一つでした。
本当にありがとうございました。
今回は実質３日半のベトナムホーチミン旅行のため、７日間１GBコースを利用しましたが街歩き、撮影などで足りなくなると思い現地で１GB追加したものの結局使い切らないまま帰国しました。
ホーチミンの街中では場所により通信がつながりにくいところもありました。
アプリに関して困ったことがあれば、Trifaスタッフの方々が迅速に親身にご対応してくださることが、本当にありがたく、心強かったです。
