* Have 1:1 conversations or coordinate with your whole team in a group chat.


New improvements to the TrustYou app allow you to efficiently manage your reputation and guest communication while you are away from your desk. A new design makes it easier for you to view and respond to online reviews. With the new dashboard, you quickly view and analyze your main hotel KPIs. Requires the TrustYou Analytics and/ or TrustYou Analytics Enterprise license.

Useless

Disappointed in general by the TrustYou platform. Lack of real-time update, delay and lack of accuracy to know the exact performance score. The sentiment features is a great idea but it is not accurate and require endless amount of work to correct manually the word capture. Not reliable system in general to measure accurately the quality and it can lead the hotel to go in the wrong direction for decision making and action planning. Be aware! It is a system for beginners in quality management; good and informative if you do no look much the details and take it as a reference. Additional tools and analytics are needed to capture the voice of customers.
