スムーズにチェックインできました

アプリインストールもそれほど時間がかからず、スムーズにチェックインできました。
最終目的地が米国の場合、宿泊するホテル名と住所を入力する必要がありますので、事前にメモしておくとより楽に処理できます。
以前、空港のUAチェックインカウンター横の端末でを行った時には、職員がサポートしてくれますが、画面が暗くてタッチパネルの応答も鈍かったため、出発時刻が迫っている方はアウトだろうな、と思いました。次回もアプリでチェックインしようと思います。

US is good airline!

I used UA 15 years, I became gold from 2009 and sometime 1 K.
UA is good go to USA and good for Asia and euro too.
I can’t to go to USA lots time year and this year for COVID-19.
But I can keep 1K again this year.
I will use again UA next year too!

空港サービスの案内も欲しい

よくできたアプリだと思います。日本のクレジットカードで座席を買えないのは残念。ウェブで買い、アプリに予約番号入れれば使えました。搭乗券が画面に出てきます。細長い紙切れを持たなくて良くなります。ゲート変更が随時案内されます。各空港のラウンジ利用料がウェブで公表されていません。そもそも変動価格制な上、当日利用する座席クラスでも利用料が変わるそうです。あれ、アプリで案内もらえないものかと。
