以前からUpToDateと契約中の人にはメールが行っていると思いますが、全文ダウンロードにはPCからUpToDateにアクセスしてUpToDate MobileCompleteの購読契約($49/yr)をする必要があります。

Touch 4Gで使っています。購読は個人契約です。
Settingsの中にコンテンツをダウンロードするボタンがありますよ。
画像付きで1GB以上か、画像なしで300MB弱かを選ぶことができます。
Wifiでのダウンロードしかできないため、入れるのに2時間近くかかりましたが、快適ですよ！
Calculatorsも秀逸です。オフラインで使えるので、非常に重宝しています。
