paypalが使えない

日本に住む日本人です。
海外サイトの通販は、paypalがいいと聞いて、やろうしましたが、使えませんでした。
あと、一番欲しかった鳥の足の棚が配送ができない、となり他のピアス類もなぜか送ってもらえない商品がありました。
棚は、大きさの問題かなと思いましたが、ピアス類にも、配達できるものとできないものがあるので、そこが疑問でした。
ただ、日本のサイトから買う値段の半値くらいで買えるので、ちゃんと商品が届けばまた利用したいと思います！
