夫婦奈良二人旅
奈良観光バスツアー、初めての参加でした。
一回目は1日、二回目は半日ツアー。
両日とも奈良観光バスの別々のガイドさん。お二人とも安心の大ベテランで最高でした。運転手さんも気さくで丁寧でベテランさん？でした。
スケジュールは込み込みでしたが、行ってみたかった場所が全部入っていたオススメコース。お寺のお坊様のお話も伺えて、お得感満載のバスツアー。
食事付きの半日ツアーで利用した「江戸川」、蔵の間でいただく料理は、特別感があり、美味しいし、デザートも付いてこれも最高でした。お店の方の接客も丁寧でゆっくり堪能させていただきました。
キャンセル対応もとても親切なツアー。観光案内所の方々もとても親切で、まだ知らない方々に是非是非オススメしたい奈良観光バスツアー。
次のツアーもちゃっかり予約しました。とても楽しみです。
No Guam or Saipan?
The app is very useful but if the phone language setting is set to English the Veltra App doesn’t include Guam and Saipan. Even if you search it. Same as the website too. English website doesn’t show Guam and Saipan for tour options but if you change to Japanese, it shows Guam and Saipan. I hope you could fix this.

対応が遅い
新婚旅行のハワイでウェディングフォトを予約していましたが、72時間を超えて保留。現地についてから予約が取れない連絡が入りました。もう予定していたため、彼女と険悪に。
すぐに、ほかのプランの予約をいれましたが、そちらも1日以上保留ののちにキャンセル。さらに、次のものも同じで、結局4つお断り。
予定が一杯でとれないなら、そもそも日程をリクエストできないようにするなり、対応はできないものでしょうか。
結局、新婚旅行の貴重な時間と、夫婦の円満が犠牲になりました。
Veltraでは、ウェディング関係は予約しないことをお勧めします。
