サポートから返信が来ない
なぜかアカウントがロックされて、解除してアカウントを使い続けたいならメールに返信してときました。返信したのですが、その後一向に連絡がありません。7日以内に返信しないとアカウントは削除されますとあったので、サポートからの連絡を待っている間に削除されてしまっているのではないかとモヤモヤしています。
あと日本語でアプリを使ってるいるのに凍結のメールは全て英語きて全然意味わかりませんでした。
アプリ自体はいいと思ったのに、サポートがとにかく分かりづらく、対応もして頂けないので残念です。

Nice! But just one concern.
Nice app. I enjoy what’s happening here.
But I really hope that if I can change the post’s share setting ( if I’m saying it right...the 3 sections of people to share the photos and videos) after the posting.
Now when you want to change it, basically you have to delete and re-upload it, which will make everything more taking time. (And delete all comments and likes)
I hope it will change in the future...

再度同じメールアドレスで再登録できない
アカウントを削除してしまうと同じメールアドレスは二度と使えません。
一度アカウントを削除し同じメールアドレスで再登録しようとしたら出来ませんでした。
新しくサインアップしようとしても
「このメールアドレスは既に使用されています」となり
前のアカウントでログインをしようとしても
「ユーザは削除されました。他の資格情報を使用してください」
となりどちらでも登録出来ません。
規約にはメールアドレスの登録は一回のみ、一度アカウント削除してしまうと同じメールアドレスは使えませんなどとは書いていませんので明らかに不具合です。
アカウント削除を考えの方は気をつけてください。
またデベロッパーから返信が来ましたが英文で分かりません。
他の人には日本語での対応なのになぜ私だけ英文での対応なのでしょうか？
意味が分からないです。
