Pride and ‘Privilege’

Remember that their main customers are broadly in Europe. Japan, in their app, is categorized as “rest of the world”. Customer service sounds like old version of AI that needs spontaneous persevering reminders and never learns to apologize even though they made a crucial failure that could be a class effect level seriousness and I am the victim of what they’ve done. Quality check system is NOT reliable but they takes the fee for that as part of authentification. Pricing seems relatively higher with some specific items (watch, jewelry).

UPDATE:
Translation function in « Product details > Description » is no longer available. Copy&paste is not available either for the part. We’re not multilingual like some people in Europe where VC is located. « Pride and ‘Privilege’ » would be a good fit for the app description. *Translation function in comments section is still available.

注文した物が届かない最悪のサービス

購入者が購入手続き後、販売者が発送するまでの猶予が 1ヶ月もあり、発送しなかったとしても販売者にペナルティが無い為、発送までにとても日数がかかることが多く、発送しない販売者もいます。

販売者が発送したとしても、Vestiaire Collective の鑑定・検品者、検品後の発送処理をするスタッフ、運送業者(信頼できない DHL)の集荷ドライバーなどが品物を盗むことが多く、発送完了のメール連絡があっても、実際には発送されていないケースもありました。

カスタマーサポートは、言葉だけは丁寧ですが、レスポンスがとても遅く、約束や期日を守りません。
また、都合の悪い質問等は無視されます。
その為、慇懃無礼に感じます。

品物が届かない場合には、直筆サインが必要な PDFファイルと、免許証やパスポートなどをスキャンした物を提出しなくては一切調査してもらえず、それらを提出することやスムーズではないやりとりを繰り返すことで、結果が出るまで 2ヶ月程かかります。
品物が発見されることはほぼ無く、最後は一方的に返金されます。
しかも、私のケースでは返金額が支払った金額よりも少なく、その旨を連絡しても、同額返したとの回答を繰り返し、差額を返してもらえませんでした。

私がここで品物の購入手続きをして、届いたことは、たったの一度のみです。
その一度も、無事とは言えず、届くまでに 1ヶ月かかりました。

魅力的な品物や貴重な物を購入できても、魅力的で貴重な物であるほどに届かない確率が高くなる最悪のサービスです。
